Ischus: Greek= 'strength'. Build Spiritual Strength by learning and practicing the foundations of the faith, and create a life built on the solid ground of following Jesus. Strength practices: Worship and Discipleship. 'Love the Lord your God with all your heart, and with all your soul, and with all your mind and with all your strength' (Mark 1:30).

Ekteino: Greek = 'stretching'. Spiritual stretching invites us into deeper relationship with God every day. Deeper, perhaps, than we ever thought possible. Stretching practices: Prayer and Evangelism. 'Forgetting what is behind and straining toward what is ahead, I press on toward the goal to win the prize for which God has called me heavenward in Christ Jesus' (Philippians 3:14).

Hupomeno: Greek = 'endurance'. Spiritual endurance sustains us with the eternal story of the relationship between God and God’s people. Endurance Practices: Scripture and Economics. 'By your endurance you will gain your souls' (Luke 21:19).

Koinonia: Greek for 'community'. Spiritual Teamwork is remembering we cannot be Christian alone. Following Jesus requires loving God and our neighbor. Teamwork Practices: Hospitality and Relationship. 'God is faithful; by him you were called into the fellowship of his Son, Jesus Christ our Lord' (1 Corninthians 1:9)

Thelema: Greek = 'God's will'. How to seek God's guidance in our everyday lives as the earliest Christians did. 'Your kingdom come. Your will be done, on earth as it is in heaven' (Matthew 6:10).

Ekklesia: Greek = 'church'. Belong to a Trexo community: your local 'gym for your soul'. Practice the Christian faith as the earliest Christians did, within an online or in-person community of faith. 'Meanwhile the church throughout Judea, Galilee, and Samaria had peace and was built up' (Acts 9:31).
